FiveStarVote (fivestarvote.com) provides NFC and QR review cards that help businesses invite customers to leave Google reviews. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Bulk registration, resale, cracking or automated abuse of the service is prohibited. When collecting reviews you must comply with Google's policies: do not incentivize fake reviews or suppress negative ones; consequences of misuse are your responsibility.
Each activation code grants a service period per card. Cards past expiry stop redirecting and tracking; your data is retained while the service period is valid.
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses caused by Google policy changes, network outages or force majeure affecting the service or review visibility.
We may update features and pricing; material changes will be announced in the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations of these terms.
