FiveStarVote (fivestarvote.com, "the Service") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you register, sign in and use the NFC/QR review card service.
Account information: your name, email address and password (passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes). Google sign-in data: when you use Google Sign-In, with your consent we receive your Google account identifier (sub), name, email address and profile picture URL. Business data: the review cards you create, review link settings and card bindings. Technical logs: IP address and access times, used only for security and rate limiting.
Google account data is used solely to create and sign in to your account and to display your avatar in the dashboard. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties or use it for any purpose other than those described in this policy. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings under "Third-party access".
We only use the session cookie required to keep you signed in and a language preference cookie — never for ad tracking. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS; passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes; servers are hosted in access-controlled environments.
Your account data is retained while the service is active. You may contact us to delete your account and related data; after revoking Google authorization, the stored Google identifier and avatar fields are erased as well.
